1. The service
PostZenly provides social media scheduling, link-in-bio pages, analytics and free creator tools. We may update features at any time; core functionality of your plan stays available or we notify you in advance.
2. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your sign-in credentials private — you're responsible for activity under your account. One account per person unless you're on a team plan.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use PostZenly to spam, harass, infringe copyrights or trademarks, or violate any platform's terms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). We may suspend accounts that do.
4. Your content
You own what you create and publish through PostZenly. By using the service you grant us the limited license needed to store, process and deliver it to the platforms you connect.
5. Plans & payments
Paid plans bill in advance via Stripe or PayPal and renew until cancelled. Cancel any time from Settings — you keep access until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled case by case within 14 days of purchase.
6. Free tools
Our free tools are provided as-is for personal and commercial use. AI-generated text is a starting point — review it before publishing, as AI can make mistakes.
7. Liability
PostZenly is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
